Geoff Woolston graduated from the Manchester School of Art & design and has had a career in Graphic Art spanning thirty years; specialising in watercolour figurative painting and illustration. Geoff Woolston has had work commissioned by internationally renowned London based advertising agencies, and work published both in European and British Illustrator's Annuals. As well as work being reproduced within advertisements, on record sleeves, book covers and in magazines; his work is in private collections, including that of celebrities. Geoff Woolston also teaches watercolour painting to student classes.

  

Geoff Woolston uses a colour wash overlay technique inspired by studying the works of renaissance artists such as Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. However, it is the work of the famous American artist Norman Rockwell that has been the greatest influence on Geoff Woolston's style and subject matter.

Of the many of Geoff Woolston's limited edition prints, includes a commemorative print of the Queen's Silver Jubilee visit to Beverley Racecourse - 'The Winning Post'.
