Geoff Woolston graduated from the Manchester School of Art & design and has had a career in Graphic Art spanning thirty years; specialising in watercolour painting and illustration. Geoff has had work commissioned by internationally renowned London based advertising agencies, with work published both in European and British Illustrator's Annuals as well as work being reproduced within advertisements, on record sleeves, book covers and in magazines.
Geoff uses a colour wash overlay technique inspired by studying the works of renaissance artists. However, it is the work of the American artist Norman Rockwell that has been the greatest influence on his style and subject matter.
Geoff's limited edition prints include Hull trawler scenes, and a commemorative print of the Queen's Silver Jubilee visit to Beverley Racecourse - 'The Winning Post'.
